You Are ENOUGH
This month, I spoke with a Rabbit in the Animal Wisdom Circle.
He was gentle and peaceful and intelligent – and completely devoted to family, which included watching out for everyone in the group with unconditional love and caring.
To get your own sense of what the Rabbit was like and what he had to say, you can watch the Rabbit Wisdom video below or read on for a little more detail about the Rabbit’s Wisdom.
Spiritual Guidance from a RABBIT
Each conversation in the Animal Wisdom Circle is unique. This month, a male RABBIT joined us spoke about how important it is to trust yourself and keep looking forward to the future.
This conversation was FASCINATING! Below is a summary of the highlights our conversation. If you want to experience the richness of the these conversations for yourself, please join us in the Animal Wisdom Circle!
What is your Spiritual Gift?
Unconditional love and caring.
What is your Spiritual Lesson or challenge?
Feeling like I”m not enough, that there’s more I could be doing and that there is not enough time or resources.
Do you have a message for people?
Be soft but not yielding. Be strong on the inside but soft on the outside. Take care of yourself. Don’t second guess yourself. Trust that you are enough.
The members of the Animal Wisdom Circle who were on the call live with me asked more questions, including what was his favorite thing about being a Rabbit(he said ‘Bounding and running fast!’), what tool to use to overcome your spiritual challenge and more. Please join us in the Animal Wisdom Circle each month to ask your own questions and hear the wisdom from the next animal guest live.
By the time we ended the call, we were all feeling a little more gentle and trusting.
Thank you, Rabbit!
Now it’s your turn:
What does the Rsbbit’s message mean to you? How can you apply his wisdom to your life? Please share your insights in the comments below.

January 21, 2019I just discovered your animal of the month, Dr. Cara, and I had to go back to read about what the rabbit had to say. I love all animals immensely, but have always had an affinity toward rabbits. My family had one as a pet when I was a very little girl, and have always wanted since to adopt another pet bunny, but circumstances haven’t yielded me the opportunity as of yet. His message speaks to me, because it reminds me of myself! P.S. I have a card that has a picture of a bunny on it and when you open it says “Some Bunny Loves You”. I have kept it for years. 🙂

December 26, 2018It’s all I needed to hear and read. Thanks to the little rabbit. With my family, it’s sometimes difficult, take care of myself : be stong on the inside and soft on the outside

December 24, 2018Hi Dr Cara,
I am so grateful for the work you are doing. I love the Guidance from a Rabbit message. I’ve adopted several rabbits over the years and even though they have passed, I feel that they are somehow still with me. I made a little card this year that says “Some Bunny Loves You”. I find it now and again and I always think of my rabbits and know that they are reminding me that they are still with me, sustaining our close bond. Best Holiday Wishes to you.

December 23, 2018Wow….just over the last couple of days I have been draw to rabbit artwork and food. As we enter 2019 I am embracing the knowing that I AM Enough – long time coming but feels solid now…and there is such Freedom in that. Also I am healing lifelong immobility to my left leg and there have been huge break-thru in the last few weeks…I feel like I can almost run and jump!! My heart is full of unconditional love…I have tears of joy for every wonder story I hear… Love the message from rabbit – no wonder I drawn to images of them dancing in the moonlight.
